FMY holds a workshop with furniture sales agents to highlight the ‘key’ role played by this group in the exhibition’s success

Zornoza stressed last year’s figures, with around one hundred exhibitor companies, including twenty new entries, plus a 20% increase in the number of visitors

HE ALSO EXPLAINED KEY PROMOTIONAL TARGETS FOR THE EVENT 63RD EDITION

The traditional Day of Sales Agents that every year promotes the Yecla Furniture Fair (FMY) has been held this Friday with this professional group, a ‘key’ group in promoting, boosting participation and the success of the Yecla event, both on a regional and national level.

Under the motto ‘ I sit, sometimes I sense ’, the FMY Conference Room has hosted the first part of the day, where after the reception of sales agents, the event director, Juan Miguel Zornoza, has presented the fair’s new edition, news and promotional targetS, set with this particular collective. They also toured the exhibition site to check in situ the spaces where activities will be carried out for this 63rd edition and ended up enjoying their traditional lunch.

Zornoza displayed the new artwork for the event’s 63rd edition, created by the Yecla artist Lidó Rico, and emphasised that ‘without sales agents’ contribution, the fair would not be able to run, because you are essential, not only for bringing in visitors, but also exhibitors’.

Afterwards, he gave them the figures for the last edition, which perfectly reflect the work carried out by sales agents, year after year, at the Yecla Furniture Fair. In fact, the 62nd edition received a hundred exhibiting firms, including twenty new ones. Moreover, the number of visitors increased by 20% compared to the 2023 event.

2VM Agency, represented by its Marketing and Communication Director, Pablo Ríos, also took part in the event, explaining the strategy and actions being implemented to attract visitors, increase relational activity and sales at the 63rd edition.

SALES AGENTS, A ‘KEY PLAYER’ IN THE FURNITURE WORLD

‘’Sales agents are a key player in the realm of furniture. Your experience and specialisation enables you to have a perfect understanding of both customers and companies’, said the director of FMY, Juan Miguel Zornoza.

In this regard, he underlined that sales agents in the furniture industry are ‘the bridge between what the market needs and what manufacturers and sellers have to offer’. ‘Thanks to you, trends and demands reach those who can make them happen’, he added.

On the other hand, Zornoza also highlighted the ‘great opportunity’ that Yecla Furniture Fair represents for sales agents. ‘In only four days, you can connect with brands, close deals and generate business agreements as well as creating business opportunities within the same space while minimising efforts’.
